1. How does Zoramax protect my privacy?
We collect only necessary data (name, address, order details). All information is encrypted via SSL, and we never share personal data with third parties for marketing.
2. What information does Zoramax collect?
Basic contact info (name, email, shipping address) and order history. For payments, all sensitive data is handled directly by certified PCI-DSS partners.
3. What is the return period?
Most items can be returned within 30 days after delivery, unused and in original packaging. Some exclusions apply (personalized items).
4. How do I start a return?
Log into your Zoramax account, go to “My orders”, select the item and click “Return”. You’ll get a prepaid label if eligible.
5. Are payments secure?
Absolutely. We use 256-bit encryption and trusted gateways (Stripe, PayPal). Your payment data never touches our servers directly.
6. Can I exchange an item?
Yes — during the return process you can choose “exchange”. We’ll reserve the new size/color once the return is registered.
7. Does Zoramax sell my personal data?
No, never. Zoramax does not sell or rent customer data. We only use data to fulfil orders and improve experience.
8. How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. Your bank may need extra days.
